Introduction

From this study, I choose to observe , the burkha 5 class in NT District. The lesson that aims to increase the confidence level in the students consist of students whom are fragile in British. There are 31 students inside the class, 17 boys and 13 ladies. The male or female ratio reduces biasness and made the class an excellent class to analyze. In the following paragraphs, I will explain how a class was conducted as well as the teaching methodologies of the teacher. Procedure

1 ) Pre-observation conference

Before the lesson, I had a meeting with the educator. We 1st discussed the contents and objectives of the lesson. The lesson is known as a speaking class which should build students' confidence in speaking. Although improving students' speaking potential is important, it is only secondary in this lesson. Up coming, we mentioned about the experience that the learners would perform during the school to achieve the goals. The activity was a game named ‘on board' which could use in the lesson to own objectives. I realize that the lady uses the PPP version in this lesson. The teacher would try to be00 a administrator, an organizer and a tutor. Your woman mentioned this is atypical of her routine educating which the girl focuses largely on the grammar teaching. Furthermore, a writing course is usually not area of the lesson plan according to the course designed by the English panel. 2 . Findings

The class room has an satisfactory setting. It truly is sufficiently lit, spacious and well furnished. There is a big blackboard inside the front of classroom plus the room comes with latest audio video technology. It has good movie projector with a lazer pointer. Computer with the internet connection is another characteristic of the room. Instructors may use them to get effective instructing. There were 31 students in the classroom. Some of them lay at the front, as the others seated near the end of the area. They were very well dispersed and worked separately. 2 . 1 Recall section

The class held up about thirty five minutes; it started for 11. 15 am and ended in 11. 55 am. There are two observers in the school, namely the colleagues in the teacher and me. Prior to the observers arrived to the class, the teacher announced that the class was ready to get started and directed students to stay down. Two minutes following, students became quiet and greeted their particular teacher technically. The teacher shortly presented the experts to them and asked them to provide a warm welcome: we received three stroking claps after the teacher transmission 'hands ready' to students. First of all, the teacher do the treatment to help college students to recall the levels they learnt previously by simply showing them some display cards and invited students to the stage to read it. There was 7 credit cards in total, which were ‘a bottle of wine of blackcurrant juice', ‘ a design of waffle”, " a bottle of soya bean milk”, ” a glass of yogurt”, ”a loaf of bread”, " a bar of chocolate” and " a cup of coffee”.  A girl called Mary arrived at the front of the classroom and pointed at two objects in the flash credit cards by speaking loudly. Following she completed it, instructor praised her instantly and appointed a boy named Tag to bring a happy encounter on the blackboard below the identity of the young lady. Following by simply other learners came to front side; they done recalling all flash cards. When a lot of children were stuck in some words like 'blackcurrant', the teacher provided help quickly by whispering. After recalling levels, the tutor started to utilize the projector to exhibit students several sentences which in turn expanded these phrases to a sentence, these kinds of as” I need a tavern of chocolate”, " this can be a loaf of bread”, ” my buddy is having a cup of yogurt” ect.  The lady invited learners to speak facing class again.  However , there were a lot of commotions from the students that were not for the stage. If the teacher thought that the class was out of control, the lady used the order 'hands up' to again deliver order to the students.
